We believe that Affordable & Attainable Housing is of critical importance to the community of Whitefish. It is imperative that we create community housing so that we can maintain a diverse and vibrant community.
We are committed to deed restricting 30% of this community development to Affordable Housing.

Affordable housing is housing that has been deemed affordable to those with a household income at or below the median determined by the government or by the local housing affordability index.
